When the light is switched on or off, the rocker part of the Gira rocker switch engages in the respective position when pressed.

The Gira series switch can be used to switch two lights or light series, for example, on/off independently of one another.

In addition to the usual switches, Gira rocker switches and rocker buttons are also available with large raised symbols for the light, bell and door. They make life easier for blind people, or people with visual impairments.

The Gira series indicator switch with integrated LED lighting element is equipped with one orange LED lighting element per rocker.

What happens if you hear a suspicious noise at night? No need to worry – the Gira panic button is within reach.

With the Gira central 1-way switch, all previously selected devices can be switched off with a single command, e.g. individual lights and entire circuits.

Each time the lighting is switched on or off, the button part of the Gira pushbutton switch returns to its initial position.

The Gira rocker button is used as a light signal, bell or door opener.

Lighting moods are the interaction of selected lights with coordinated light intensities. Six light scenes can be saved and called up using the Gira light scene pushbutton sensor.

A quick tap of the Gira pushbutton dimmer switches the light on or off. A longer touch dims the light continuously.

The Gira rotary dimmer switches and dims light sources such as light bulbs, HV halogen lamps, LV halogen lamps with Gira Tronic transformers or LV halogen lamps with conventional transformers.

A light touch is all that is needed to operate the Gira touch dimming top unit, as it uses capacitive sensor technology.

The Gira series dimmer is a pushbutton dimmer that allows the user to control two lights or light groups independently of one another.

The Gira ­compensation module LED enables the operation of dimmable HV LED lamps in conjunction with Gira Universal or Tronic dimmers. It improves the dimming behaviour and prevents flickering and afterglow in dimmable HV LED lamps.
