The module checks whether the value lies inside or outside a range. The range is defined by an upper and lower limit.
If the comparison value is on or below the lower limit, a 1 is sent on Output 1. If the comparison value is within the limits, a 1 is sent on Output 2. If the comparison value is on or above the upper limit, a 1 is sent on Output 3.
